| Sensei Lisa Carroll is coming to add a boost to our martial arts training and some money towards our fundraising efforts!
Sensei Carroll is a black belt in Karate Jutsu, certified by Can Fit Pro as a Cardio Kickboxing Instructor, and as a grappling Referee with the Ontario Grappling Association.rio Grappling Association. She will be teaching two seminars. One for kids 13 and under from 1-2pm and one for adults 14 and older from 2:15pm until 3:45pm.
