Cris Anderson will be teaching a course that ties WWII Combatives into today’s self defense; more importantly he will be presenting information and drills pertaining to the build up to violence.

Heron Community Centre in Ottawa
March 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
You do not have to be a martial artist for this event. An interest in self-preservation is all you require.
